If your live video stream disconnects and goes offline during the scheduled video stream recording for more than 1 second, there are two following options to choose how the recording should behave during the outage.

  • Continue recording (default) - Select this option if you want the video recording and processing to continue even when the camera stream outage occurs. This is how you won't miss anything of your scheduled stream recording. Please be aware that during the camera stream outage there will be no traffic data extracted from your video stream.

  • Stop recording - Select this option if you want the video recording and processing to stop when the camera stream outage occurs. This is how you can prevent spending credits on the recording of the 'black screen footage'. We will return you the credits for the part which was not recorded due to the outage of your video stream. Please be aware that video recording and processing will not automatically continue when your video stream comes back online. If you want the recording and processing to continue, select the "Continue recording" option.
